Last Wednesday, Bon and I (plus Janea) went to Glorietta to buy a home theatre or component. Ive been wanting to have one since we moved in to our new place and that time we bought our newest "asset", a Pioneer component. Hindi namin binili ang Home Theatre coz maliit lang naman ang house so no need for surround system, and also ayoko ng maraming wire na nakasabit. Its gonna be delivered on Saturday and Im so excited. We went strolling and bought some clothes as well. Bon bought his new shoes, also we got a pair of pants and tees for Janea. For me? wala yata ako nabili para sa akin. We ate dinner at TGIF kasi i have this p500 off coupon given by my officemate, so we ate there and used the coupon. We were so full to the point na Janea made some "miracle" hehehe, nakakahiya.

Then yesterday, we had a lunch out here sa office at Chef d angelo. I-celebrate daw ang increase, na as if ang laki. That afternoon, i met Bon at Megamall kasi bibili naman kami ng.. Cabinet! We had a great steal kasi last piece na nung cabinet na nagustuhan ko kaya super marked down ang price niya, almost 3000+ ang nabawas sa price! Excited din ako, kasi deliver siya on Sunday naman. Hayy, unti-unti na nalalagyan ng gamit ang bahay namin. Kulang na lang sofa and washing machine (which I plan to buy next time). Sarap din ng feeling na may napupundar kang gamit with your own money and which you can call yours. Tapos buy ulit ng ilang clothes and gifts for my bro. Magbi-birthday kasi yun eh. I bought Janea this cute pants from kids of Bayo and nung sinukat ko super cute sa kanya! Hayy, time flies so fast. Laki-laki na ng anak ko.. Pwede na damitan ng pang-dalaga.

AYun. Friday na naman, excited ako magweekend para ayusin ang mga bago naming gamit. Will post pictures din next time.

Nga pala, dun sana sa bibilhin kong clothes online from Old navy sana, di ko na tutuloy. Because… i saw this very cute shoes from Baby ZARA. kaya lang ang mahal… papagipunan ko pa hahaha! But im sure, im gonna get it for J!

super late reaction about Malu Fernandez

Since I watched the news about this very controversial girl, I got very interested on her very whole article about the panglalait about the OFWs. Then ngayon lang nagka-time magkalkal ng topics about her. There in the photos above, nabasa ko ang lahat-lahat ng panlalait na ginawa niya sa mga OFW. Anong akala niya? Nakatuntong lang siya ng Greece eh dugong bughaw na siya?? Eh sa totoo lang eh muka naman siyang BABOY NA MONGGOLOID???

I was hurt myself yeah. We have lots of family friends and acquaintances that are working abroad (Middle East to be exact). Na-hurt ako lalo coz my mom, my aunts, and most of my relatives are OFWs. Sure I am proud that my mom was once a DH sa Hongkong. Pero kung hindi dahil sa pag-d-DH niya, makakatapos ba ako ng college?? Mabibigyan ba kami ng komportableng buhay ng kapatid ko? Mabibigay ba ang mga gusto namin? I dont hate her for what she is or what she did. I just love my mom for that sacrifice for us. Wait, naiiba na yata ang usapan. Balik tayo sa mabahong ugali na si Malu.

Sana nga naggilit na siya ng pulso para mamatay na siya at mabawasan ang mga walang kwentang tao sa mundo na katulad niya. Di ba niya alam na malaking parte ng nilalamon niya dito sa Pilipinas eh nanggagaling sa pagod at hirap ng mga OFW na nilait niya?? Pakshet siya!!!

While I was on the plane (where the seats were so small I had bruises on my legs), my only consolation was the entertainment on the small flat screen in front of me. But it was busted, so I heaved a sigh, popped my sleeping pills and dozed off to the sounds of gum chewing and endless yelling of “HOY! Kumusta ka na? At taga sann ka? Domestic helper ka rin ba?” Translation: “Hey there? Where are you from? Are you a domestic helper as well?” I though I had died and God had sent me to my very own private hell.

Eh kung talagang mapera siya in the first place baket siya nag-economy class?? Which is dapat nalalaman niya na most of the people eh dun sasakay?! Seats are so small daw?? Baka sa sobrang laki kasi ng mga pata niya eh hindi na siya magkasya!! Dapat nga dun na lang siya sa wings ng airplane, o kaya pangkalso ng gulong once maglanding tutal malaki naman ang kaha niya eh! Tsaka bagay nga siya sa hell kase demonyita siya.

On my way back, I had to bravely take the economy flight once more. This time I had already resigned myself to being trapped like a sardine in a sardine can with all these OFWs smelling of AXE and Charlie cologne while Jo Malone evaporated into thin air.

Its not true that they are stinky smelling people.. Baka siya, na sa sobrang katabaan niya eh super asim na siya kahit anong mamahaling pabango pa ang ibuhos niya sa katawan niya.

Nakakainit ng ulo tong si Malu. Ayoko sana siyang laitin kasi for all you know, di kami nalalayo ng katawan nitong si Malu. Mataba din akong katulad niya. Pero the hell? Ang ugali niyang napakasama, tama ba na mag-inarte siya ng ganun?? Sino ba ang nilait niya?? Di ba ang mga bagong bayani ng bansa?! Ipinagyayabang niya pa ang Adidas niya, bakeettt napakamahal ba ng ADIDAS para ipagyabang niya?! PWEDE BA!

HELLO?? Be sensitive naman sana! oo you have stated the facts pero sana be careful on what you are saying!!! Halos lahat ng Filipino nasagaan mo! Tapos ngayon sosorry-sorry ka! Re-resign resign ka sa work mo.. Would that help??! Wag ka nga magfeeling maganda at superior kase wala ka naman eh! Kung pwede ka lang ipatapon sa Babuyan Island no!!!

• I have a regular job here in the Philippines. Well, good pay din naman. Nakakaraos din at may sobra pa.
• Ang offer din medyo ok-ok na din.
• Isa pa, stepping stone lang naman yun. Mas madali na yata mag-apply pag nandun ka na?
• Kaya lang toxic yata dun. Di pa naman ako bagay sa mga toxic moments
• may health benefits din naman, leaves, etc. etc
• kasama ang family (important to)
• pero mataas ang cost of living don
• at hindi ako sanay sa culture. May nakakausap akong taga-don pero syempre iba pa rin pag andun ka na..
• i need to decide ASAP.
• new company, new technology, new learning.
• Ok naman work ko dito tsaka may increase na nga ako eh hahaha!
• anu baaaaa! ang gulo! ayoko na!!!!!!!

Since our helpdesk is out, I was obliged to answer every personal phone call because I just sit beside where the phone is.

I was browsing my friendster to upload a picture of mine. When I suddenly realized that you can upload up to 1000 photos. Ano kaya yun, for me sobrang exagg naman. Sino naman ang mageenjoy tumingin sa halos 1000 pictures?? (if ever may magtyagang magupload). Pampabagal lang yun eh. hmp.

Long weekend

Last Friday, we were told to go home early because of the super typhoon. It made me smile coz Im gonna see my daughter too early. Yaya Angie asked for permission if she can leave because she has to help her mother kasi binaha daw sila sa bahay. So I allowed her to, meaning I have to take care of Janea while daddy's at work. But my lola requested for Janea to sleep over at their house so I brought Janea there. Since Bon has work that night, I was left with no choice but to sleep alone. At first I made myself busy with the internet and watching tv. I think I fell asleep around 1:30 am. I missed Janea sleeping with me. And di ako sanay matulog ng walang kasama sa room. Morning came, Bon arrived with siopao from Kowloon as pasalubong. Yun na ang breakfast ko. I went online for a while and then nagsaing na. I will go to my lola's house to fetch Janea.

Now, Janea's sleeping beside me. Di pa kasi ako makatulog eh. So here I am, blogging. I just fried beef tapa for my dinner. After Janea slept, i cleaned the house, i washed the dishes and fixed everything before going online while watching Imbestigador. Haays. wala talaga magawa.

Just wanna share another cute trick from my little girl. Thursday night, while we are watching deal or no deal, Janea suddenly actioned the "NO DEAL" part. We were shocked because di namin alam na she knows how to imitate those actions she sees on tv. Nakakatawa. As in super "NO DEAL" siya. Aside from this, she also likes Kim Chiu's "Kering Keri" commercial. Everytime she sees it, she would dance and with maching pahaplos haplos pa sa hair niya, as if ang haba ng buhok hehehe. Nakakatuwa talaga. I dont know if im gonna be alarmed because she's showing signs na she likes tv so much. Sometimes she would request for the tv to be turned on by pointing on it when its off.  But who can resist if you see your child bibong bibo to know those gestures that she's seeing on tv?

Anyhow, its gonna be a long weekend. Meaning I will have the extra time to spend with my family.
